Alice Louise Janak Hoffman, 82, of Parker, Colorado, passed away in her home on August 23, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Alice was born on July 4, 1943, in Winner, South Dakota to Leonard and Bernice Janak. Her family moved to the Denver area in 1956.
After graduating from Adams City High School, Alice began her professional career as a receptionist and office manager in the oil and gas and heavy equipment industries. She also served as secretary for her church. Alice spent most of her career at King Soopers, where she worked over 30 years and made many life-long friends.
Alice married Jerold Hoffman on April 14, 1963 and moved to Colorado Springs in 1964. They moved back to the Denver area in 1966, finally settling in Parker, Colorado. Alice was a devoted wife and proud mother of three children, Randy Hoffman, Ryan Hoffman, and Rene Hoffman-Roenfeldt.
Alice enjoyed cooking, gardening, camping, and fishing. She was also Jerry's right-hand woman on the farm. Alice loved the Denver professional sports scene, but she had a greater passion for her children's and grandchildren's activities. No matter the event, no matter the weather, Alice was always there.
