Anthony "Tony" Palmer Brunelli, 80, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 3rd, 2022 at  Saint Anthony's in Denver, Colorado. "Tony" was born in Weldona, Colorado on July 21 ^st , 1941 to Rosamond C. Brunelli and Quinto A. Brunelli. He lived in Weldona Valley and graduated from Weldona High School where he played football and basketball.

Tony was known for his relentlessly positive attitude and was affectionately called "Coach." He coached football and basketball players across the country, including his two sons. Over the years, Tony worked as a teacher, a coach, and a sprinkler salesman.

Tony was preceded in death by his father Quinto; his mother Rosamond;and his sister Barbara Ann (Brunelli) Duty.

Survivors include his children, Jeffrey Brunelli and Nicholas Brunelli; his brother Samuel Aldino Brunelli (Denver Broncos, 1966-1972) of Shenandoah, Iowa; Beverly E. Carmin (Gary) of Weldona; Erin B. Barkey of Windsor; grandchildren, Reina Rosamond Brunelli, Amelia Lorraine Brunelli, and Charlotte Milika Brunelli; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

There will be a service on Saturday, July 9 ^th , 2022 from 10 until 11 am at Heer Mortuary in Fort Morgan.
