Antonio Rodriguez passed away in his home January 15, 2022, in Fort Morgan. He was born on June 13th, 1927, in Anson, Texas to Simone Rodriguez and Petra Ibarra.

Antonino worked for the Union Pacific Railroad and retired after 20 plus years. He was never married and didn't have children. He enjoyed watching Spanish soap operas, loved watching football and spending time with his many nieces and nephews.

Antonio is survived by his nephew, Placido Jr (Mary) Rodriguez of Pueblo; niece Linda Hinojos of Fort Morgan; and nephew Fred (Josie) Rodriguez of Log Lane Village. He had many great nieces and nephews, several great-great nieces and nephews and some great-great-great nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Placido, Juan, and Efren Rodriguez; and nephew Joe Angel Rodriguez.

Visitation will be held at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan on Thursday February, 17 at 4 PM, followed by a rosary at 5 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, February 18, at 10:00 AM at St. Helena's Catholic Church
