Antonio Rodriguez, 65, died early Wednesday morning at the Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton. He was born March 15, 1946 in Brush, to Antonio Sr. and Pauline Rodriguez. He married Florintina Garcia in February of 1972 in Brush. Antonio worked for the American Beef Co. in Ft. Morgan and later as an electrician installing and maintaining signs for companies all along the front range. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping. He especially enjoyed going on day trips with his friends from AA to the mountains for hikes and a little fishing. Antonio is survived by his wife Florintina and his daughter Nadia both of Log Lane Village, his brothers and sisters, Linda Arellano of Ft. Morgan, Manuel Gutierrez of Pueblo, Frank Gutierrez of Eaton, Irene Dreiling of Ft. Lupton, Lupe Williamson of Loveland, Raymond Gutierrez of Eaton, Teresa Grajeda of Denver, Susan Ochoa of Albuquerque, NM, Isabelle Talamantes of Greeley, and Benjamin Gutierrez of Gilcrest, and 32 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Pauline and Antonio Sr. and one sister Dora Rayes. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Life Fellowship Church in Ft. Morgan. Private family inurnment will be in Memory Gardens.
