Ardith Sue Snead joined her heavenly father on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 79 years of age.

Sue was born June 8, 1942 to Milton and Kathleen Cleaver in Arvada, Colorado, where she spent her childhood years until she married her high school sweetheart, Jim on June 18, 1960.  Jim preceded her in death in Oct 2017.

She is survived by their 3 daughters, Barbara and Alan Lewis of Lafayette, Colorado; Beverly Jorgenson of Aurora, Colorado; and Brenda and Mark Reid of Aurora, Colorado.  Sue was blessed with 7 grandchildren; Travis Lewis, Samuel Lewis, Lynette (Reid) Phillips, David Reid, Audrey Throgmorton, Matthew Jorgenson, and Andrew Jorgenson, and 9 great grandchildren who she cherished dearly.

Sue spent the majority of her career as an HR and payroll professional, working at Woolco, Woolworths, Kaiser Permanente, Hamlin Electric and Colorado Plains Medical Center.

She is remembered by those who knew her for her energetic and positive outlook on life and her beautiful musicianship.  When not in front of her piano, Sue's greatest joy was spending time with family and being outdoors.

Funeral services will be held at the Immanuel Evangelical Church in Fort Morgan, CO on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 11:00am, with interment to follow in Memory Gardens.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Immanuel Evangelical Church music department.
