Arlene Elma Baggley 96, of Ft. Morgan, died Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at the Valley View Villa Care Center in Ft. Morgan. She was born October 17, 1911 to Ralph and Elizabeth (Anderson) Bartram at her parents homestead near Stoneham, Colorado. She went to a country school, attended high school in Stoneham, and graduated from Brush High School in 1928. Arlene married Tony Frasco April 2, 1929 at the Presbyterian Church in Ft. Morgan. Four children were born to this union. Survivors include, one daughter, Gloryann Boone and husband Jack of Fort Morgan, three sons, David Frasco and wife Gwyn of Walla Walla, Washington, Roger Frasco and wife Jeanette of Fort Collins and Tim Frasco and wife Judy of Fort Morgan, one sister, Luella Willich of Thornton, Colorado, eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Tony Frasco, Gerald Chandler and James Baggley, two grandsons, Kelly and Marlan Frasco, three sisters, Edna Sandstedt, Elizabeth Holzworth and Edith Reagan, and one brother, Bud Bartram. Graveside Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 2, 2007 at 11:30 AM at the Riverside Cemetery in Ft. Morgan. Interment will follow services. Memorial gifts may be made in Arlene's name to the charity of your choice. The Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
