Arthur Edward Meads was born in Brighton, CO to Ralph & Pearl Meads on Jan 9, 1946. He passed away on Jan 6, 2023 in Lakewood, CO. In his younger days he spent a lot of time at rodeos and with 4-H. He rode bulls for several years and spent time working at the Stock Show. He graduated from Brighton in 1964. He worked in agriculture, and drove trucks most of his life. He married Connie Kincaid in 1996 and they spent all of their married life in Morgan County.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his stepson, Marvin Heisel; and a granddaughter, Jennifer.

He is survived by his wife, Connie; two sons, Mike and Rich of Texas; a daughter, Lori of Wray; two stepsons, Mitch Heisel, and Marten Heisel of Fort Morgan; 16 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
