Axel Charles Erickson, 4 month old son of Matthew & Teresa Erickson of Fort Morgan, passed away November 30, 2011, at Children's Hospital in Denver. Axel was born July 23, 2011, in Fort Morgan. In addition to his parents, survivors include his grandparents, Rick & Judy Erickson of Fort Morgan; and Dave & Joyce Derhammer of Grand Haven, MI; and his Great GrandMothers, Edna Macht of Brush and Rose Derhammers of Mattawan, MI. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at 10:30 AM at The Sanctuary in Fort Morgan. The service will conclude at the Church. Family will receive friends at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary in Fort Morgan on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, from 4 - 7 PM.
