Azalee Rayne Rudnik, infant daughter of Gaire & Malori Rudnik, passed away at birth on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at Children's Hospital in Aurora, CO. Survivors include her parents, 2 sisters, Brailey and Hadleigh; grandparents, Wendy & Jeff Kroskob of Brush; Gary Rudnik of Log Lane Village, & Janet & Chad Armstrong of Brush; great grandparents, Norma & Don Kroskob of Fort Morgan and Ramona Perez of Flagstaff, AZ. Private family services were held.
