Barbara Ann Teets, 92, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022 in Greeley. She was born near Boulder, CO on March 9,1929 on the family farm to Glen F. Springer and Mildred M. (Johnson) Springer.

Barbara attended a one room school at Davidson through the 8th grade.  Her high school years were spent at Louisville High School where she graduated in 1947.  She then attended CU in Boulder for one year.

Barbara was an accomplished pianist and played at many functions.  At one of these she met Delbert M. Barb and Del owned a dairy in Boulder but decided to change their operation.  They moved the family to Wiggins in 1968.  They continued to farm until Del passed away in 1990 and she then continued on with the help of her son-in-law, Steve.

Barbara was an organist/pianist for the Valmont Presbyterian Church in Boulder and Wiggins Community Church.   She also sang with the Morgan County Chorale.   Barb loved to sew and made most of the girls' clothes when they were young.  In later years quilting was a passion as well as other crafts.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Del, parents, brother William Springer and twin brother Glen Alan.
