Beatriz Furman, 65, passed away suddenly at her home in Brush on Sunday, August 18, 2013. She was born December 31, 1947, in Rosario, Argentina. Beatriz married Steven Furman on January 28, 1981, in New York City. In 2001 she moved to Morgan County. Beatriz took great pride in her appearance. She enjoyed listening to music, watching old movies, traveling, dancing, and cooking. She especially enjoyed taking her family to Disney World. Survivors include her husband, Steve of Brush; 3 children, Michelle Seitz who died in 2004, Steven "Andre" Seitz of New York City and Michael Furman of Denver; and 2 grandsons, Matthew & Anthony Seitz. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:30 AM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan. Interment will be at the Emmanuel Cemetery located within Fairmount Cemetery in Denver.
