Bert C. Kammerzell, 51, and his wife, Debbie L. Kammerzell, 51, died Monday, June 29, 2015 in Fort Morgan. Bert was born December 26, 1963, in Fort Morgan and Debbie was born January 12, 1964, in Los Angeles, CA. Bert & Debbie married July 3, 1984, in Jackson Hole, WY. At the time of their death, Debbie was the manager of the bakery at Safeway and Bert was the public works director for Log Lane Village. Debbie loved to bake. She also enjoying various craft and art projects, working in her garden, and writing poems. Bert was a private pilot and served on the Fort Morgan Airport Advisory Board. Together, they enjoyed camping , fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. Their family was very important to them. Survivors include their son , Bert II of Greeley; Bert's Mother, Betty Kammerzell and his brother Jude Propp o both of Brush; and Debbie's Brother, Ron Bartnick of Texas. A graveside service and inurnment will be held Friday at 2:00 PM at Serenity Falls Columbarium.
