Bertha J. Foster, 92 formerly of Fort Morgan, died Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at the Eben-Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush. She was born August 31, 1918 in Henrietta, Oklahoma to William and Gracie Robinson. She was married to Ray Foster who preceded her in death. Bertha moved to this area in 1953 from Oklahoma. Foster was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Ft. Morgan. She enjoyed gardening and was especially proud of her roses. Survivors include one son, John Michael Foster of Ft. Morgan, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren. Bertha was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ray, one daughter, Doris McAuley and one son, Bill James. At the family's request; no funeral services are scheduled at this time. The Heer & Dahl Mortuary in Brush is in charge of the cremation arrangements.
