Betty J. Nestor, 81 of Wiggins, died early Tuesday morning at the Valley View Villa Care Center in Ft. Morgan. She was born April 10, 1927 in Iliff to Franklin and Agnes Geddes. She married Leroy Nestor December 11, 1945 in Ogden, Utah. During the war time she worked for the Government packaging equipment to be sent over seas. She later worked for the Johnson Windmill Co. as a secretary. She is survived by her husband Leroy of Wiggins, her daughter Thelma Carr and husband Larry of Ft. Morgan, four sons, Edward Nestor and wife Lois of Eaton, Frank Nestor and wife Janie of Anchorage, Alaska, Steve Nestor of Greeley, and Wesley Nestor and wife Lynn of Layton, Utah, two sisters Mae Garner of Englewood, and Thelma Barrett of Ogden, Utah, two brothers Delbert Geddes of Salt Lake City, UT, and John "Jack" Geddes of Ogden, UT, 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Nancy Thurgood, and her granddaughter Stevie Nestor. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-5pm at the Heer Mortuaries Chapel in Ft. Morgan. A Funeral service will be held on Monday at 10:00 AM at the Heer Mortuaries Chapel, Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery.
