Betynuit Leyva Moya, 62, known as Nuey, was born on February 8, 1954 in Ojinaga Chihuahua, Mexico to Concepcion Leyva and Olga Moya Leyva.

Nuey went to live with his heavenly Father on Friday, October 28 2016.

Nuey was preceded in death by his infant son, Angel Leyva Ramirez; one sister and his Grandmother, Nana (Mariana).  Nuey is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 25 years, Carmen Leyva and their daughter, Mariana(Nana) Leyva of Hillrose, CO; his son, Betynuit Leyva (little Nuey); his daughter, Michelle Leyva; and his son, Javier Leyva all of Denver. From Ojinaga Chihuahua Mexico, Nuey has 12 brothers and sisters, and 8 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews that reside in America and Mexico.

Nuey resided in Colorado for more than 40 years.

He loved spending time with his children and would do anything for anyone; he helped so many people and had one of the biggest hearts ever.  Many of his nieces and nephews viewed him as a father and loved him like one.  Nuey loved his animals and his farm, which was one of his greatest joys, but most of all he loved his wife and children and would do anything for any of them. Nuey had many wonderful friends; he touched many people's lives and their hearts.  He will be dearly missed.

Funeral Services will be Monday, November 7, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Brush. Visitation will be Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 4-6 PM at Heer Mortuary Chapel in Brush. Interment will follow services Monday at Brush Memorial Cemetery.
