Bill D. Noel, 71, longtime Brush resident, passed away and joined his loving wife Mary on Wednesday evening, July 15, 2015. Bill was born August 9, 1943 in Seibert, CO to Clarence "C.B." and Helen Marie Noel. He married Mary Gregg in Fort Morgan on March 17, 1966. The family moved to the Brush area from Seibert in 1983. Bill was a heavy equipment operator for the City of Brush for several years before his retirement. Bill was a member of the NRA. He enjoyed guns, fishing, and gambling. His greatest joy was the time he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren. Bill is survived by his son, Bernard "Bernie" Noel (Sheila) of Iowa; two daughters, Nancy Schulte (Herman) of Fort Morgan, and Annette Noel of Brush, nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death his siblings, Ernie Noel, Benny Noel, Eugene Noel, George Noel, and Betty Lou Noel; his wife, Mary Noel; and his parents. A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 20th at 10:30 AM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Brush. Inurnment of Bill and Mary will follow the service in the Brush Memorial Cemetery.
