Billie Jo Rowe, 44,lifetime area resident, died Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan.

She was born on August 19, 1972, in Fort Morgan to Bill Chailles and Joyce Johnson. Billie married Robert Dean Rowe on 10/25/1995 in Brush.

Billie enjoyed eighties hairbands, books, and she was an avid Broncos fan. She enjoyed spending time with her family and animals. Billie Could be found outside tending to her gardens throughout the seasons. She was a very loving mother, very honorable wife and an amazing daughter. She was the best friend that you could ever ask for.

Survivors include her parents, Bill Chailles of Brush, Butch & Tamela Armstrong of Wiggins; her husband, Robert Rowe of Fort Morgan; one daughter, Julieanna Rowe of Fort Morgan; one son, Shadow Lee Rowe of Brush; four brothers, Kenny Armstrong of Evans, Butchie Armstrong of Georgia, Scotty Armstrong of Wiggins, Jeff Johnson of Williston, ND; one sister, Nancy Bickerstaff of Beulah, North Dakota; and two grandchildren, Slade Stieb and Ashton Sims.

She was preceded in death by her birth mother, Joyce.

Visitation will be at the Heer Mortuary Chapel on Tuesday, September 6 from 4 – 7 PM. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Sanctuary, 14587 Hwy 34, Fort Morgan, CO.
