Blanca Alicia Garcia, 66, of Fort Morgan Colorado, passed away on Tuesday July 18, 2023, after a fight with cancer, surrounded by her son, daughters and grandchildren.

Blanca was born in McKinney Tx. to Magdaleno and Elisa San Miguel on April 27, 1957. Blanca was a loving mother to one son and four daughters; grandmother to 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, watching movies and having sleepovers. She enjoyed music and dancing, playing pool and making memories with her family and friends.

Blanca is preceded in death by her parents, Magdaleno and Elisa San Miguel; and her brothers, Mike, George Luis, David, Gustavo and Oscar San Miguel.

She is survived by her spouse, Rogelio Cano; her children, Alfredo Jr. and Leticia Garcia of Lubbock, TX, Becky Garcia & Donna Martinez of Fort Morgan; Holly & Angel Nunez of Brush; and Crystal & Adam Cordova of Greeley; her siblings, Viola Medina of Elsa, TX, Stella Perez of Greeley, Ilda San Miguel of Akron, Esmeralda Resendez of Fort Morgan, Valdemar San Miguel of Kimball, NE, and Gilbert San Miguel of Sterling.

Services and viewing will be held at Platte Valley Baptist Church, 22750 US-34, Fort Morgan on Monday July 24, 2023, with viewing from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and services beginning at 1:30 pm.  Interment will be held in Memory Gardens Cemetery, 601 W. Eighth Ave. in Fort Morgan. A lunch reception to celebrate the life of Blanca will follow at Platte Valley Baptist Church.
