Bruce William Schreiner, retired carpenter, of Brush Colorado passed away unexpectedly on Jan 27 ^th , 2022, in Casa Grande, Arizona at the age of 73.

Bruce is survived by his stepmother Avis Schreiner, wife Kathy, sons Ben (Jennifer) and Cory (Stacie), grandsons Luke (17), Jack (14), Nick (14), and Truett (10), and brothers Mike and Steve Schreiner.

Bruce was born in Brush Colorado on November 20 ^th , 1948, to Edward and Aletta Schreiner.  Bruce is a veteran of the Vietnam war and proudly served his country in the Army as a firefighter.  Bruce was a skilled carpenter with "no job too small".  He met his wife, Kathy, of 47 years in Kansas City Missouri, they returned to Brush Colorado in 1975 to raise their family.

Bruce was a devoted father and grandfather.  He enjoyed spending time in the mountains at his cabin, riding motorcycles with friends, restoring classic cars, and hikes with his dog.  Some of his favorite moments were watching his sons and grandsons play sports and the annual grandson vacation.  Bruce also enjoyed sharing his skills and knowledge with many.  He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

A celebration of life is scheduled for February 26th, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Heer Mortuary in Brush Colorado, with a reception to follow.
