Bryan Lee Elliott, commonly referred to as "Pepper" by his close family and friends was born at 10:34 AM on February 22, 1977, in Carmi, Illinois followed by his twin brother, Craig Allen Elliott at 10:44 AM. The family moved to Brush when the boys were two.

Bryan was a happy, loving child. He fell in love with fishing and sports from a young age. He graduated from Woodland High School where he played football and went to state his senior year where he was an all-star player.

Right after high school, Bryan joined the Navy and became a Navy Seabee. He served in Guam and Spain and was stationed in Port Hueneme, California where he became a father to two sons. For most of his working life, he was a Diesel Mechanic.

Bryan and his family moved back to Fort Morgan in 2003. In October of 2022 he was diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer. He fought cancer like a true fighter and lost his battle on September 3, 2024.

Bryan was a beloved son, brother, dad, uncle, grandson, and nephew. He was funny with a laughter that brought joy to the room. He loved music (singing), fishing, but most of all he loved his family.

He is survived by his mother, Marsha Westhoff (Gene) of Fort Morga; his father, Tim Stark (Lynette) of Hendersonville, NC; his sons, Dustin Feather of Greeley and Colton Elliott, currently stationed in Gaeta, Italy; his sisters, Sherri Salyers (Chris) of Syracuse, UT, Therri Wadel (Rod) of Garden City, KS, and Wendy Stark of Fort Morgan; his twin brother, Craig Elliott (Heidi) of Greeley; nieces and nephews, Cabrea, Emma, Harper, Tyler, Tucker, Gilbert, Grant, Garrett, Trevor, Michael, Wes, TC, and Josh, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services to honor is life will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 13th at Serenity Falls Columbarium at Riverside Cemetery, 601 W 8th Ave. in Fort Morgan. A luncheon reception will follow at the American Legion, 121 Nelson Road in Fort Morgan.
