Charlotte Ann "Cookie" (Holly) Schauermann passed away Sunday June 2nd, 2024, at Valley View Villa in Fort Morgan, CO. She was 82 years old.

She was born to John and Margaret Holly on April 27, 1942.

Cookie attended Fort Morgan Schools and graduated in 1960. She married James "Jim" Schauermann in 1960. They lived in Fort Morgan for all but 2 years of their 63-year marriage.

Cookie was a farm wife, a stay-at-home mom, a receptionist at the Fort Morgan Medical Group, a salesclerk at William's Childrens Shop, the scale lady during beet harvest at the Sugar Factory, and a Government Meat Inspector.

Jim and Cookie traveled with their camper after Jim retired. Cookie suffered a stroke in 2006. The next 17 years would present many highs and lows in her health journey.

Watching her grandsons show their livestock at the ECR and playing football for the Otis Bulldogs were two of her favorite things.

Cookie is preceded in death by her parents. In-Laws, Henry and Anna Schauermann. Sisters and their husbands, Winona and Jim Musser and Phyllis and Mark Hasting. Brothers-In-Law, George Westhoff, Dale Schauermann, Melvin Schauermann, and Bob Hagmann. Sisters-In-Law, Mary Ann Steinke and Eileen Hagmann.

Cookie is survived by her husband Jim, daughters Kris Schauermann (John Walek) of Mead, and Kelly Uhrig (Jeff) of Otis, CO. Grandsons, Colton Uhrig (Tara) and Peyton Uhrig. Great Grandsons, Parker and Mason Uhrig. Sister, Jo Westhoff. Brothers-In-Law, Delbert Steinke, Dick Schauermann, and John Schauermann. Sisters-In-Law, Nola Schauermann, Judy Schauermann, and Marsha Schauermann. Along with numerous nieces and nephews.
