Christopher W. Baessler, 62, passed away March 10, 2015, in Lompoc, CA. He was born July 28, 1952, in Denver, to John & Janice Baessler. Chris graduated from Wiggins High School in 1972. Prior to retirement he worked as a civilian painter in the aerospace industry. Survivors include his 3 sons, Shawn, Chad & Ryan; 3 brothers, Ted Baessler, Mike Baessler & Dave Baessler; 2 sisters, Cheryl Smits and Shannon Rogers; and 7 grandchildren, Josh, Colbee, Breanna, Boston, Baylor, Logan, and Alyyssa. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Carl & John, and his parents. A memorial service will be held Monday, March 23, at 11:00 AM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan. Inurnment will be in Serenity Falls Columbarium.
