Danny Lynn Smith Sr, age 68, a long-time resident of Fort Morgan, Colorado passed away unexpectedly on October 31,2022.

Danny liked fast cars, fast bikes, gardening and helping others; he had a passion for animals and most of all riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. He lived his life to the fullest!

Danny was preceded in death by both of his parents, Ethan Smith and Evelyn Smith and his brother Darrell Smith.

He is survived by his wife Kathy Smith of Snyder, Colorado; Five step-children, Jessica (Mike) of Denver, Colorado; Joseph Phillips Jr. of Wheatridge, Colorado; Christian (Maria) Phillips of Brighton, Colorado; Jennifer Phillips of Fort Morgan, Colorado; Brian (Karena) Phillips of Arvada, Colorado. One daughter Jennifer (Vinny) of Commerce City, Colorado; three sons, Danny Jr. of Denver, Colorado, Ray and Ryan of Thornton, Colorado; Two sisters; Penny Jackson of Northglenn, Colorado and Delores "Dee" (Barry) of Dunlap, Tennessee. Several grandchildren, a great grandchild, nieces and nephews.

A private burial service will be held at a later time. Heer Mortuaries and Crematory of Brush is entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
