Dayanna  Acosta, 21, passed away Sunday, November 15, 2020, at Children's Hospital in Aurora, CO following life long health issues.  She was born June 28, 1999 in Grand Junction, CO to Mario & Esvin Acosta.

Survivors include her parents, 1 sister, Yared; 1 brother, Aiden; her maternal grandmother Feliciana Ortinel; and her paternal grandfather Rosario Acosta.

A funeral mass will be held Friday, November 20, 2020, at St. Helena Catholic Church in Fort Morgan.  The service will conclude at the church.
