He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Ramona Welp and Erlene Ferguson; and his infant son, David Lynn Chapman. A private family memorial service will be held. THE GOLDEN YEARS 'Twas on a quiet moonlit night Beside a campfire burning bright, We reminisced the years gone by, The sorrows that made us ask God why, The joys and happiness that God had given, The dreams and goals for which we had striven. As memory took us back in time, We recalled the day our lives entwined. As the campfire began to dim, We renewed our vows together, And though the embers slowly died, Our love will live forever. ~ Laura Chapman
