Debra Lorraine (Harris) Bidelman, 67, of Hillrose, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2023, after a long battle with cancer. She was born on May 26, 1956, in Martin, South Dakota, to Norma and Lawerence Harris. She grew up with two sisters and a brother. Debra married Alan Bidelman on November 25, 1987, and they shared 36 years of marriage. She was a devoted mother to her three children and a caring friend to many.

Debra is survived by her three children, Erica Walker-Assmus of Brush, CO, Jeremy (Abigail) Assmus and  Evan (Christina) Assmus, all of Killeen, TX; her husband Alan Bidelman of Hillrose; sisters, Donna Rae Harris of Martin, SD and Roberta Ward of Rapid City, SD; brother Douglas Harris of Rapid City, SD; grandchildren, and many other friends and family.

Debra was deeply loved and will be dearly missed. A special star had dimmed.
