Debra Renton lost her long battle with ALS on December 20, 2007. Debbie was born in Fort Morgan, Colorado to Clarence and Audrey Albert on June 20, 1956. Debbie married Brad Renton on June 30, 1979. Together they had three children; Maxine, Tyson and Kyle. Debbie Renton was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She devoted her life to her family and friends. She loved being involved with her son's activities in sports, 4-H and FFA. Even through her illness, Debbie loved life, always caring more about her family and friends than what she was going through. Debbie was a graduate of Fort Morgan High School with the Class of 1974. She was a member of Saint Helen's Catholic Church in Fort Morgan. She was very involved with many fund raisers for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ALS and involved throughout the years in Relay for Life. Debbie worked for Mountain Bell as a telephone operator, she worked many years at Clark Feather, a cook at Fort Morgan Middle High and head cook at Baker School. She is survived by her loving husband, Brad, of Fort Morgan; her sons and daughters in law, Tyson and Kalianne and granddaughters, Maesen and Kira, of Johnstown, Kyle and Meghan and grandson Rylan, of Fort Collins, and Levi and Lindsay Killough and granddaughters, Georgia and Brook, of Greeley; her brothers and their wives, Tim and Patti Albert, and Randy and Lou Albert all of Fort Morgan; Hollings and Lou Renton of Piedmont, CA; Greg Renton of Casper, WY and her sisters and their husbands, Sharon and Harlan Hodge of Greeley; Jackie and Dick Cutshaw of Red Feather Lakes, CO; Dana and Ray Grosshans of Lafeyette, CO; Terry and Huckins of Gilbert, AZ; and sister-in-law, Danel Albert, her nieces and nephews; and her extended family of friends and caretakers. She will be missed by so many people as she gave so much of herself and her love. Debbie was preceded in death by their infant daughter, Maxine Renton; parents, Clarence and Audrey Albert; brother, Jerry Albert; and mother-in law; Maxine Renton. Memorial service honoring Debbie will be at Saint Helen's Catholic Church in Fort Morgan on Friday, December 28, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Services will conclude at the church.
