Delsey Jean Cordova-Ruybal was born on March 16, 1941 in Montrose, CO to Ruby Fresquez-Trujillo and Porfilio Augustine Cordova. She entered eternal rest on July 26, 2014 at her home in Brush. Jean loved all her family very much. She was an avid Denver Bronco Fan and she never missed a game. She was a hard worker and was always helping her family. She is preceded in death by her father, Porfilio; her step-daughters, Sara, and Susan; her daughter, Monica, and three grandchildren. She is survived by her mother, Ruby; brothers, Roberto, Charles, and Danny Cordova and her children; Jeanette Almeida, Dale Ruybal, step son, Jay Dee Ruybal, Doris Benavides, and Arabella Gutierrez, as well as her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 30th from 2-8pm at the Heer Mortuary Chapel, 222 Cameron Street in Brush. Funeral Service will be Thursday, July 31st at 2 pm, also at the Heer Chapel, followed by a reception at The Carroll Building in Brush.
