Dennis C. Moss, 60, passed away Sunday, October 3, 2010, at his home southeast of Wiggins. He was born January 8, 1950, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Donald C. & Jeanne Moss. Dennis has lived in Morgan County for 32 years. He married Deborah Herr on July 7, 1972, on the family ranch. At the time of his death, Dennis was owner/operator of Dakota Oil Exploration Company. Dennis was an avid collector, and driver, of all types of vehicles and motorcycles. He loved working with his horses and dogs. Survivors include his wife, Deborah, of Wiggins; 2 sisters, Pamela Aldrich and Colleen Mason, both of Westminster, CO; 3 brothers, Donavon and Kevin, both of Gunnison, CO, and Steven of Wiggins. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 8, 2010, at 11:00 AM at the Wiggins Community Church. The service will conclude at the church.
