Dennis A. Seewald, 73, of Brush, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at the McKee Medical Center in Loveland. He was born January 8, 1943, in Longmont, CO, to Joseph & Katherine Seewald.

On September 1, 1962, Dennis married Carolyn Graham in Longmont. The Seewald's moved to Morgan County about 10 years ago. Prior to retirement Dennis was a farmer / rancher. Work was his hobby. Dennis did enjoy playing golf and traveling, especially traveling to Mexico.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Carolyn of Brush; 2 sons, Don of Brush and Andy of Hillrose; 1 brother, Steve Seewald of Berthoud, CO; 2 sisters, Patti Marsh of Santan, AZ, and Marsha Willis of Longmont; and 6 grandchildren.

A memorial gathering will be at the Carroll Building in Brush on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at 11:00 AM. At Dennis' request, there will be a short service, visiting, and lunch, and all are asked to dress casual. Friends who wish may make memorial gifts to The Shriner's Hospital c/o Heer Mortuary.
