Diane S. Mock, 53, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2010, following a lengthy illness. She was born July 4, 1957, in Huron, SD, to Edward & Donna Paul. In 1969, the Paul family moved to Morgan County. Diane graduated from Brush High School in 1975. On August 12, 1983, Diane married Stanley Mock. Diane worked in area restaurants as a cook, waitress, and dishwasher. She was a member of Badger Creek Muzzle Loaders. She enjoyed painting pictures with oil paints. Survivors include her parents, Ed & Donna Paul of Brush; 1 sister, Nancy Heaton, and her husband Terry, of Fort Morgan, 1 brother, Raymond Paul, and his wife, Mila, of Greeley; 3 stepchildren, Lisa Watson and husband Brian of Oklahoma, Julie Abbott and husband Brad of Iowa, and Weston Mock of Omaha, NE; 2 step grandchildren, David and John Watson and 1 niece, Megan Rosenbach and her husband Dan, of Wheat Ridge, CO. A memorial service will be held Monday, October 18, 2010, at 1:30 PM at the All Saints Lutheran Church at Eben Ezer. Inurnment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery.
