Dick Kline, 82, of Fort Morgan died Sunday, February 19, 2017 at home.  He was born September 13, 1934 in Cortez, CO to Harry and Isabell Kline.

He spent his early years in Rico, CO and graduated from Santa Ynez Valley High School and Cal Poly SLO in California then served in the US Army.

Dick was co-owner of South Platte Vet Supply in Sterling, CO and worked until early his 79th year when poor health forced his complete retirement.

His family was his pride and joy followed by the animal health business and his customers. Dick enjoyed travel especially train and his Cal Poly friendships.

He is survived by his wife Jo, two sons Keith (Parri) and Kyle (Kimberly), four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, brother Kirby (Bernice) and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held in the summer.  In lieu of
flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Rico Historical Society, Rico Museum, P.O. Box 281 Rico, CO 81332.
