Richard "Dick" L. Travis, 86, life resident of Washington County, passed away March 8, 2018 in Green Valley, AZ.  He was born March 28, 1931, on the family farm north of Flagler, CO, to Frank & Jennie Travis.

Dick was the county extension agent in Washington County for many years.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Shirley; 2 sons, Bryan and Stuart; and 2 grandchildren, Erik & Alison.

A memorial service was held Saturday, March 17, 2018, at the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Otis.  Inurnment will be in the Akron Cemetery.
