Donald Isaac Procunier, 86, of Fort Morgan passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at Valley View Villa in Fort Morgan, CO. Don was born March 28, 1931 in Newcastle, WY to Avon and Lavina Procunier.

Don married the love of his life Barbara Behrendsen on January 19, 1952 in Newcastle, WY. He was a member of the Morgan County Conservation Club and the Empire Reservoir Boat Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, water skiing, and treasure hunting. He loved spending time with the family.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara; four sons, Dean (Patricia) of Fort Morgan, Ken (Janet) of Fort Morgan, Bob of Longmont, and Jim of Fort Morgan, six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

His parents and his six siblings preceded him in death.

Visitation will be Monday, December 4, 2017 at 10:00AM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan, followed by a graveside service at Memory Gardens in Fort Morgan at 11:00AM.
