Donna was a member of Royal Neighbors. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, collecting things, especially stuffed animals and jewelry. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband, Bill, of Brush; 3 children, Dwayne Shaver of Fort Morgan, Shari Wheeler of Brush, and Brenda Penner of Fort Collins; her Mother, Elsie Knox of Haxtun, CO; 2 sisters, Carolyn Ochampah of Garden City, KS, and Jean Rosenfield of Littleton, CO; 3 brothers, Earl Knox of Fort Morgan, Alvin Knox of Haxtun, CO, and Dean Knox of Houston, TX; 3 granddaughters and 1 great grandson. Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 20, 2009, at the Trinity Baptist Church, 345 Princeeton Street in Brush at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary Chapel on Monday from 4 – 7 PM.
