Dora Gutierrez, 62, of Brush, died Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at the Eben- Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush after a long battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis and COPD. Dora was born April 24, 1946 in Hillrose, Colorado to Hermerijildo and Esther Celestino. She attended schools in Hillrose. Dora was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Dora is survived by her three sons, Anthony Gutierrez of Brush, Richard Gutierrez and wife Tamara of Brush, Michael Gutierrez and wife Kathy of Brush, grandchildren, Anthony Gutierrez, Bridget Gutierrez, Joshua Gutierrez, Chance Birgenheier, Jett Birgenheier, Vanessa Nolan, Cherisse Nolan, Michael Gutierrez, Mia Gutierrez, great grandchildren, Jasmine Diaz and Anthony Gutierrez , brothers, Trinidad Celestino and wife Arlene of Brush, Gilbert Celestino and wife Debbie of Ft. Morgan, sisters, Clara Horseman and husband Ed of Indianapolis, IN, Henerietta Miranda, and husband George of Hesperia, CA, Linda Guzman of Colorado Springs, Barbara Bueno and husband Katarino of Hesperia, CA, Beatrice Montova and husband, Manual of Brush, Teresa Guzman and husband Robert of Brush. Dominga Celestino of Newark, OH and several aunts uncles, nieces, and nephews. Dora was preceded in death by her parents, Hermerijildo and Esther Celestino, one brother, Robert Celestino, two sisters, Juanita Rivera, and Helen Lopez, brothers-in-law, Florence Guzman and Angel Rivera. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, February 26, 2009 from 5 until 7 PM at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary in Brush. Funeral Services will be Friday, February 27, 2009 at 10:30 AM at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary Chapel in Brush. Services will conclude at the mortuary. Memorial Gifts may be made in Dora's name in care of the Heer & Dahl Mortuary in Brush.
