Dorothy M. Emhovick, 88, former Morgan County resident, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018, at the Windsor Health Care Center in Windsor, CO.  She was born August 21, 1930, in Brush to George & Mary Wambolt.

Dorothy graduated from Brush High School.  On April 24, 1952, she married Bill Emhovick.  Dorothy worked as a mail carrier for the US Postal Service in Hillrose and Aurora, Colorado, prior to retiring and moving to the Windsor area.  She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her children, Janice Jameson of Venango, NE, Gayle Moyer of Windsor, CO, and Gregg Emhovick of Denver; 1 sister, Betty Pabst of Fort Morgan; 6 grandchildren, Levi Emhovick, Nathan Jameson, Zach Jameson, Matt Jameson, Will Nash, and Olivia Moyer; and 2 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, William D. Emhovick; 6 sisters, Emma, Rachel, Martha, Esther, Leah, and Mary; 3 brothers, Harold, Ronald, and George; and her parents.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, November 15, at 11:00 AM at the Brush Memorial Cemetery Interment Chapel (Gazebo).  Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery.
