Dusten Ray Piepho, 42, lifelong area resident, died Sunday, June 12, 2016 in a motor vehicle accident that occured on the interstate east of Brush.

He was born October 30, 1973 in Fort Morgan to Dennis and Debra (Griess) Piepho.

Dusten enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was a lifelong Husker fan, a Bronco fan, and also collected NASCAR, and Husker memorabilia. He also liked working on and restoring classic cars.

Survivors include, his mother, Debra Piepho of Brush, brothers, Scottland Piepho (Randi) of Wiggins, and Ryan Piepho of Fort Morgan, sisters, Kendra Schiller (Brad) of Henderson, and Chelisee Carrera (Omar) of San Diego, CA, his grandmother, Bonnie Piepho of Brighton, and many nieces and nephews.

Dusten was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Piepho, paternal and maternal and grandfathers, Dwane Piepho, and Raymond Griess, and his maternal grandmother Norma Baker.

A Celebration of Life for Dusten will be Friday, June 24, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan. Services will conclude at the mortuary.

Memorial Gifts may be made in Dusten's name in care of the Heer Mortuary in Fort Morgan.
