Eddie Dean Eskew, Jr. passed away March 19, 2022 in Hospice care at the home he grew up in, being taken care of by those who loved him most. Eddie was born in Yuma, AZ on August 23, 1970 to Sgt. Eddie Eskew, USMC and Deborah (Davis) Eskew. They moved back to Brush after leaving the service where Eddie was a lifetime resident. Eddie graduated with the class of 1988 from BHS

Eddie's lifetime career was cement work, having started as just a boy in the family business. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and cars. Eddie had a generous heart, especially with kids and animals. He loved his nephews and niece, and spent many hours with his family.

Eddie is survived by his parents, Ed and LaRoyce Eskew; his brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Annishia Eskew; nephews, Cody Eskew and Branden Eskew; niece, Alyssa Eskew, all of Brush; his grandmother Helen Eskew of Fort Morgan; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother Deborah (Davis) Blake; grandparents, James William Edward "Bill" Eskew of Otis, Carmen "Bink" and Mildred "Millie" Davis of Brush.

Services will be held at Heer Mortuary in Brush on Saturday, March 26 ^th at 10:00 AM, followed by inurnment at Brush Memorial Cemetery. A Lunch and celebration of life will be at the Gene Doty Senior Center in Fort Morgan after the services.
