Edith Bostrom, 93, longtime resident of the Hillrose & Brush communities, passed away Wednesday evening at the East Morgan County Hospital in Brush. She was born January 19, 1914, in Loveland, CO to John & Katherine Bostrom Sr. The Bostrom family moved to the Hillrose community when Edith was a young child. Edith worked as a nurses aide for several years at the Eben Ezer Hospital. She later worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Glenn Bunch in Brush. She was a member of the Immanuel Congregational Church. She enjoyed quilting and crocheting. Survivors include one brother, Milton Bostrom of Greeley, and several nephews & nieces. She was preceded in death by 1 sister, Frieda Dones; 4 brothers, John Jr., Robert, Albert, and Harry; and her parents. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 25, 2007, at 1:30 PM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Brush. Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery. Friends who wish may make memorial gifts to the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush.
