Edna B. Bolinger passed away Friday, June 18 ^th at the Eben Ezer Care Center in Brush at the age of 101.  She was born March 26, 1920 on the family farm north of Snyder, Colorado to Charles & Florence Johnson.

Edna graduated from Brush High School in 1937.  From 1942 to 1944 Edna lived in Richmond, CA where she worked as a time checker in a welding school.  In 1945 she lived in Denver.  On June 15, 1946 Edna married Charles Bolinger in Littleton, Colorado.  She has lived in Morgan County since she married Charles Bolinger.  Edna was a true farm wife.  She worked along side Charles for many years and continued to operate their farm after he passed away in 1974.

Survivors include many nieces and nephews. Some of them would come to her rescue when she needed help.  Those that were closest to Edna and helped her throughout her life and during her final years include Lynelle & Lewis Camp, June Downum, Corrie Whitley, Patsy Johnson, & Derek & Amy Windsheimer.  She was preceded in death by her husband, 6 brothers & sisters and her parents.

Funeral services will be at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 10:00 AM.  Interment will follow at the Prairie View Cemetery near Stoneham.
