Obituary

Eduardo Patino, passed away on December 13, 2020 at Valley View Villa in Fort Morgan.

He was born on October 13, 1939 in Cochabamba, Bolivia to Celia and Pacifico Patino.  At a young age his parents moved the family to Buenos Aires, Argentina.

After finishing his primary studies Eduardo continued studying theater arts, travelling the Argentinian countryside first as an actor and later as the director.  Settling in Denver, he became active with La Fraternidad Hispana and helped start El Teatro Latino de Colorado.

In 2000 he moved to Morgan County, where he became involved with One Morgan County before it had even been named yet. He also joined the choir at St. Helena's Catholic Church and later directed the Passion of Christ at Easter and some Christmas productions.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. He leaves behind his wife Alida, and daughters, Liz and Bob in NC, Barb and Bob in Brush, Lyddia and Rob in Salt Lake City and Estefania and Nahuel in Buenos Aires, 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 18 th , 2020 at 10:00 AM at Saint Helena's Catholic Church in Fort Morgan. Inurnment will follow in Serenity Falls Columbarium.
