Edward "Bud" W. Paul, 85, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush. He was born December 22, 1927 in Highmore, SD to Edward Elias & Mary Amelia Paul. Ed married Donna Hobert on June 19, 1955, in Harrold, SD. In 1970, the Paul family moved to Morgan County. Prior to retirement, Ed farmed, which he loved very much. He was a past member of the Brush Masonic Lodge AF & AM #123. He loved doing handyman work. His family was very important to him and he enjoyed spending time with them. Survivors include his wife, Donna, of Brush; two children, Nancy Heaton and her husband, Terry, of Fort Morgan and son, Raymond and his wife, Emilia, of Greeley; one sister, Dorothy DeAngelo and Wayne of Moffat, CO and one granddaughter, Megan Rosenbach and her husband, Dan, of Elko, NV. He was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth, a daughter, Diane, four sisters, Alice, Patricia, Mary, and Delores and his parents. A memorial service will be held Monday, June 24, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Lutheran Church at Eben Ezer in Brush. Inurnment will follow in Memory Gardens in Fort Morgan. Friends who wish may make memorial gifts to the Alzheimer's Association.
