Edwin Charles Miller, 78, former Brush resident, died April 21, 2008, in Lincoln, NE where he has lived since July, 2007. Ed was born June 18, 1929, in Sterling, CO, to John & Amalia Miller. He served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He will be remembered as a farmer, hotel manager, fuel deliveryman, school bus driver, sportsman, and a true friend to all in the community. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margaret Ellen Miller, and their children, David Miller, and his wife Angela, of Trenton, OH; Kathy Hill, and her husband, Ron of Lincoln, NE; Chuck Miller, and his wife, Norma of Brush; and Mark Miller, and his wife Kathy, of Loveland, CO; as well as 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mildred Jean Burkholder, and his parents. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 603 Custer Street in Brush. The service will conclude at the church. A luncheon reception will be held following the memorial service at the church and the family would like to invite all. Friends who wish may make memorial gifts to the Bethlehem Lutheran Church Landscaping and Christmas Decoration Fund.
