Eldon "Pete" Petrashek, 80, passed away suddenly Saturday, December 18, 2010, in the emergency room at the East Morgan County Hospital in Brush. He was born November 11, 1930, in Table Rock, NE, to Frank & Fredrica Petrashek. Pete graduated from Table Rock High School in 1948, He served in the US Army. After his discharge, Pete worked for Burlington Northern Railroad for 44 years. He has lived in the Brush community for over 40 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge of Morgan County and VFW #3551. Survivors include 1 step-daughter, Cindy Ceastrom of Denver; 1 brother, Richard Petrashek of Omaha, NE; and 1 niece, Mary Jane Kinney of Longmont, CO. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and his parents. A memorial service will held later at the Moose Lodge of Morgan County and in the spring of 2011 at the Legion Hall in Table Rock, NE.
