Elizabeth (Betty) M. Anderson, 85, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Valley View Villa in Fort Morgan.

Betty was born on January 4, 1938, the daughter of Emmett and Mary Kane in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She grew up and graduated from Sacred Heart High School in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and from Akers Business College.

She married David Keefe in East Grand Forks on September 10, 1960. They divorced in 1983. She married Raymond Anderson on April 21, 1988.

Betty worked for the City of East Grand Forks before moving to Colorado. She worked for Harned Bakery and South Sherman store, Avon, and various other jobs. Betty belonged to Saint Helena's Catholic Church, Altar and Rosary Society and VFW ladies auxiliary Post 2551. Betty enjoyed all the holidays and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Ann Marie Jones, Kathleen Meyer (Don); daughter in law, Angie Keefe; grandchildren, Mary Beth Hime, Ryan Keefe (Jill), Taylor Keefe, Dane Jones (Rachel); great grandchildren, Denver Hime, Deija Harris, Shayla and Noah Keefe, Corbin and Cru Keefe, Brodie Kallewrite, Ashton, Skylee Riley Sewald, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ray; sisters, Rosemary, Veronica, Peggy, Colleen; brothers, Jackie and Mike, her son, Joe Keefe; infant son, Paul and her grandson, Joshua Sewald.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
