ERIC D. COVELLI, 32, lifelong area resident, died Sunday, September 28, 2014 in Fort Morgan. Eric was born April 21, 1982 in Fort Morgan to Robert & Ann (Bourquin) Covelli. He attended Fort Morgan schools and graduated From Fort Morgan High School with the class of 2000. Eric enjoyed video games, computers, and woodworking in his spare time. He was a welder with Magna Energy at the time of his death. Survivors include his parents, Bob & Ann Covelli of Fort Morgan; his sister, Lisa Cole and her husband, Mike of Keenesburg, along with his nephew, Matthew; and his niece, McKayla. Eric is also survived by his grandmother, Betty Marshall of Wray; his step grandmother, Dorothy Covelli of Fort Morgan; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends, including his good friend, Gerald Pearson. Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank & Eunice Bourquin, Bert Covelli; his step grandfather, Bill Marshall; and his sister, Bobby Jo. Memorial services will be at 10:30 AM on Friday, October 3rd at Saint Helena's Catholic Church in Fort Morgan. Inurnment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Fort Morgan. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
