Eugene (Gene) Richard Glazier, a beloved husband, and father, passed away at his home on February 18, 2023. He was 90 years old.

Gene was born on August 11, 1932, in Huron, South Dakota, to his parents Lloyd and Ruby Glazier. After graduating from high school, Gene served two years in the United States Marines during the Korean War. Following his military service, he attended the University of South Dakota, where he earned a degree in geology.

After graduating, Gene moved to Denver, Colorado, where he began his career as a salesman for Allis Chalmers. He then started his own business called the Utility Equipment Company, where he sold electrical equipment in Colorado and Wyoming. Gene's dedication and hard work made his business a success, and he was respected by his colleagues and clients alike.

In 1968, Gene married Jane Bohan and they began a life together.  They had two children, Rich Glazier of Golden, Colorado and Linda Frasco of Fort Morgan, Colorado.  Gene enjoyed spending time with his children and watching them grow into successful adults.

Gene will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Jane; his children Rich and Linda, their spouses RJ and Jason; and his four grandchildren, Ryan, Ruby, Whitney, and Tessa.

A small memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 11 AM at the Fort Morgan United Methodist Church.
