EVELYN MAE MEIER, 98, died Friday, November 18, 2011 at the Medical Center of The Rockies in Loveland. She was born October 11, 1913 in Fort Morgan to James & Blanche Coulter. She married Carl Meier in Sidney, NE on December 26, 1931. The family lived in Cheyenne, WY from 1944 until 1951 during WWII. Mrs. Meier was a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Fort Morgan. She enjoyed sewing and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Coup of Fort Morgan, 3 grandchildren, and 4 great granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Everett, Art, and Herber. A memorial service will be at 11:00 AM Friday, December 2nd at the United Presbyterian Church in Fort Morgan. Services will conclude at the church. Private Inurnment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Fort Morgan at a later date. The Heer & Dahl Mortuary in Fort Morgan was in charge of cremation arrangements.
