Fern Eleanor Hultquist , 88 , passed away peacefully at her home in Greeley , CO on Friday , February 10,

2017.

She was born Fern Eleanor Johnston on September 25, 1928, to Thomas and Nellie Johnston in Eckley, CO.

Fern had a 34 year career with the ASCS in Fort Morgan and remained in Fort Morgan after her retirement until November 2015 when she relocated to Greeley, CO. She was a member of the First Christian Church. Her joys in life were spending time with family and friends, helping others and gardening. She belonged to numerous organizations and loved to play cards and the piano.

She was preceded in death by her husband , Phil, her parents, and five siblings. She is survived by her three children, seven grandchildren , seven great grandchildren and one brother.

A private service will be held at a future date. Cards and memories can be sent in care of Heer
